Must have missed something. I heard that Boies asked for a Monday hearing and the Judge said they'll start Saturday. Of course, it was a secondary CNN source, so they'll spin it to make it look like a Gore/Boies win. Just as an aside, I wonder what influence porchers here could have over AOL/TWX if we bought a chunk and started throwing our weight around. I've got some VIAB held for years since before WX/CBS merger, and I'd be willing to join an investor-led group of rabble-rousers who want to start demanding that the truth be reported, for a change.
