Musings:

Did Bush lose his ability to speak, to answer questions from the press?

Is he afraid of Mary McGrory and Helen Thomas?

Is Bush good only for photo ops so he can show folks he looks a bit like Johnny Carson?

Is it actually only a tape we hear, him moving synchronized lips, when we he delivers supposedly presidential statements, against very stately backgrounds, in his typical and now standard form of not allowing questions afterwards?

Does someone have to wind him up or accuse him of DUI in order to get him to call a general press conference?

Does Bush really think it's smart sending Dick Cheney out defending citizenry vote-counting, when Cheney himself failed to vote 14 out of 16 times, including the recent Texas Primary, in recent past elections?

Does his and his daddy's front man, James Baker really wear American Flag underwear underneath that blue suit in front of all them flags?

Is this spoonfed silly spurred young Texan Bush--who probably partied in the same Kennebunkport, Maine beach houses as I did--really gunshy when it comes to counting all of Florida's votes?

Is it true that most poor folk, who ordinarily vote Democrat, gotta use those unreliable and antiquated, low-budget Votomatic machines which have an undervote error rate of 32 in a thousand versus the optical scanners which have an undervote error rate of one in a thousand?

How many more votes nationally did Gore actually get but didn't get counted due to the Votomatic machines being used in the poorer precincts of America's largest cities?

It's bad enough being poor, elderly and infirmed or a disabled veteran, but don't ya think we oughta at least count their votes?

Will Ambassador-elect Katherine Harris really be a good ambassador?
