The passive component guys just can't catch a break. Analysts have been pounding on 'em all summer and fall, I've tried KEM and AVX a number of times and even with earnings thru the roof, could barely squeeze a point or two out of them. Sorta in that sector, (filters) SAWS and it has had a nice run and held up well today.

Trying to work and swing trade these days is like trying to juggle cherry bombs eventually one's gonna blow up in your hand. My bomb today CHCS! Unreal intra day drop. Maybe Tucker Anthony downgrade from "strong buy" to "buy" means they know something we don't about earnings tomorrow. I've looked at the numbers from every angle and if their TTM margin stays the same they ought to beat estimates (.41) by 1 or 2 cents on sales of $69M, up from $60M previous quarter. SSS 18% for Nov. not too bad considering where all other specialty retailers are.(ANN blowup didn't help, add that to tiny float, jittery traders, hedge funds dumping, 30% float short...all adds up to: should've known better!!

Oh well, just had to let off a litle steam, it'll be awhile before I hold much overnight.

P.S. NTIQ is still hanging tough...how long can it last??
And ohhh those oversold chip stocks...lol
