OT Sunny, "personally holding Al Gore responsible for the -40% bath we have taken in the last month" is better posted elsewhere as it isn't even remotely gorilla game thought. Is there any particular party that uses "personal responsibility" in it's talking points? You might look in the mirror for accountability for the only one responsible for YOUR account. Perhaps reviewing Mr Buckley's recent posts on the topic of thinking longer term might help...
Didn't Tekboy dig up one of Buffet(t)'s quotes about net buyers taking advantage of opportunities like these? What exactly was the point of Tekboy's coolpost (printed out for framing at this residence). We should all be hoping to be wise old snappers one day, instead of assigning blame for short term market fluctuations.
Many thanks to the elders for keeping this thread on topic. The civility here is so refreshing after reading the name calling that many other threads/boards have reverted to. That civility is a large part of how you get people to show their portfolio to strangers....An excellent example of diverse folk helping build something larger than themselves.
