Still not really clear. What is "clearer than re-counts"?

What I said (or meant to say) was that there could be a turn of events that would lead to a constitutional crisis if Florida were to appoint their electors to Bush. One possible thing would be if a final court ruling would order a hand recount in Dade and/or Palm Beach and Gore ended up with enough votes to win the election but Florida appoints Bushes electors to vote for them. Tell me why you don't think this would be a constitutional crisis if you don't agree.
