Limmer, Greenspan wants some unemploymt
but he is gonna get a lot more than he expects

when Fed raises rates until they begin to see effects
then cut rates only when they see effects in labor markets
the economy will continue in downward momentum

the labor market is the last place effects are felt

eliminate the Fed (USPolitburo), the most egregious effront to the free economy
