That was amazing today w/his press conference. I was trading so I was paying close attention. Market came back on rumours he might capitulate b/c he had told press he would take quetions...then absolutely TANKED when he started his no quarter blathering. -dave

Jim, I had some fun looking through a typical progression of Jim posts: Relax, Greenspan doesn't want to tank the market...just create a soft landing... Left unchecked the markets would do a parabolic climb into a much more dramatic death spiral. Message 12938375 Maybe someone should tell Greenspan that "it is the oil, stupid"."...
