In a closely watched legal case regarding privacy rights on the
Internet, a judge has ruled that a Morris County software company is not
entitled to learn the identities of two people who anonymously posted
critical comments on a Yahoo message board. In a 22-page opinion
released yesterday, Superior Court Judge Kenneth MacKenzie upheld the
anonymity of Pearce's client and one other message poster.
