I understand the case quite clearly. The problem is that you are relying solely on day-old news to get your panties all in a knot. The fact is that the Democrats sent out applications with the numbers on them to their supporters. What's different between that and the Republicans putting the numbers on them? You act as if the Republicans forged ballots.

The case, Roe v. Alabama is not precedent, because it dealt with ballots without witness signatures. We are talking about applications for ballots; not ballots. The voters had every expectation that their votes would be valid.

The votes belong to the voters, and the voters filed legal absentee ballots. The voters did not commit fraud.

Lastly, there is no practical remedy. The dumbass trial lawyer wants all absentee ballots (15,000) thrown-out. I have a life size picture of that happening.

This case is dying, because it never had merit.
