Both Bush lawyers and Gore lawyers having lots of fun. Hard to tell who has filed more cases since I wouldn't want to get involved in a hand count... ;-)

Ray, I don't have the court references, but my understanding is that it falls in the same category as the military absentees that were disqualified on technicalities. In the broader view, which I think should be taken, it is a case of whether to count votes for which the intent of the voter is clear (i.e. the voter's identity is known) versus trying to divine the intention of anonymous voters (dimples).
