All we can do is wait. COVD can survive currently for 18 months, without any additional funding.....with the current information that has been given. Don't forget, there should be other companies besides Sony that will have contracts and that press release about COVD attending the Networking seminars shows evidence of them seeking more business along these lines.

We can beat this to death, which really serves no purpose other than stimulating conversation and shared condolences. The plan will be released on the 12th, then we can see where our $$ is headed. We are getting slaughtered by the general market and all its uncertainty, and that is hurting the capital markets, which raises concerns for COVD...and God knows what other companies across the board.

We have not yet proven that we are in a recession, and we are drowing on worries and fear, thus we could turn around quickly if confidence returns. I wait for the Fed on the 19th, but more realistically, I wait for Q4 & Q1 to cycle through and some Fed action to offer a spark of hope.

My only decision now is if I should buy a little more if we see a clear break and hold pattern in the 1s. Our ultimate answer will come in the latter part of 2001, when DSL should accelerate and weed out the weak completely, unless of course we are in a depression.
