"I am quite sure the polls don't matter in this because it is a legal question," the vice president said outside his official residence as his lawyers prepared to fight it out in court in Florida. Jesus...is this guy a little out of touch, or just a little touched? Can this be the same hack from the Clinton administration, known for its "Govern by poll" approach to weasel its way through 8 years by path of least resistance?
