I'm still peeved about Instinet clearing (TerraNova/MBT) charging money to mail confirmations. Extracting and saving trade reports off their websites is very clunky and annoying. Actually, doing almost anything on MBT's website is clunky and annoying.

I've had niggling little problems with the Quicken download, delays in cash movement detail showing up in the cash report, slow loading of the margin report, nothing major, just annoyances. Customer service to resolve problems remains superior.
