"Hopefully, their are more than sellable 160 Duron parts per average wafer"

Now that is the interesting question. Considering that there are supposed to be some 260 Duron die per wafer, then your number of 160 would be a yield of sellable die of 61%. I have been using an Austin yield of 70% and a Dresden yield of 80% for production capacity guesses, but I have no hard data for that. Anybody have different guesses, hopefully, but not necessarily, backed with some justification?
