Party Time, The courts have to hear him. Since the supreme court is paying very close attention to this situation at this point, I suspect that partisan actions will stop which will lead to the end of the road for Senor Gore. tp

What Gore needs is the Miami-Dade hand recount so that he can convince himself that he lost. If the Republicans continue to block and delay, he's eventually going to be beaten into submission by public opinion and his own party.
