LOL! I like your perverse indicators. A contrarian by any other name? ;-) And I'm with you on your "it's time to sell when the cocktail party conversation is dominated by market analysis talk;" and those at said party are not members of the market profession.

The same holds true when everyone opens accounts ostensibly to begin shorting, eh? Basically what we've got "out there" in cyberspace these days are hordes of day trading and short term thinking "I'm gonna make a LIVING at this..." wanna bees who run from one flavor of the moment to the next flavor of the moment, sometimes aided and abetted by what I call the "megaphone men/women" of the bullish hype persuasion, and at other times by your "perversion indicator" types. I oft-times view the market these days as an ocean-liner heavily loaded down with passengers who are constantly running from one side of the ship to the other. All under the orchestration of the powers (market analysts, MM's, manipulators, etc.) that be. All of it leaves a boat swaying increasingly from side to side. 'Course, it's also helped by a large percentage of Wall Streets population never having truly run up against a classic long term bear market (which this is looking increasingly like). The question now becomes; when does it topple over due to the constant churn and roiling of those passengers movement?

Meanwhile, where the roiled ship of MCOM is concerned it's too soon to see anything on Island & Arch. The NAZ futures are up ~19 (but speaking of roiled it's bouncing all over the place right now). And given MCOM's had 9 consecutive down days.....well....it's due an up day, even if it's just another in a series of plateau's before once again becoming reacquainted with its decline line. So let's see where it goes from here.

John~

Wow! Down ANOTHER ~10% already. Quite the sharp knife, this one. Let's see if it's about to close a bull trap for a change of pace... Or will it be another day of now laying dead at this point until the final hour, where it'll then get yanked to ~$6.35 or so...

Hmmmm....I should have been shorting this puppy as well as playing the intra-day stuff....Oh, well, so it goes.
