Although not exactly as you suggest, here's some reading on that subject.

When it comes to fixing elections, even the overwhelming resources of the CIA could only wish they were a match for the Daley's of Chicago. The Bush's are "Bush League" in comparison to the Daley's ability to get out the vote. Especially the votes of the dead. Da Windy City! Hot Dogs, Da Bears, Da bulls, Deep Dish Pizza, and Votes from Dead People and the Hand Out Receivers. Is this the 21st Century in Chi Town? Please don't spread it.

Fred .. lets step back a bit from this overcharged environment of charges of 'steal' and counter steal, the point now is that what options does Gore has.. only one that a judge in FL says that FL elections are raught with 'corruption'.. that is not a possibility, someone who is trying hard to get the rights of 10,000 unaccounted voters I am sure would be ashamed of disenfranchising 6 m voters of FL.. Democratic party must be going through the shivers right now these polls are very potent I just don't think that Mr. Gore would be able to stand the heat..

WE have been aprtisan on this thread pro-Bush rather, however from day one we have been forecasting events that have unfolded with good accuracy, if our past predictions are any indication of future unfoldment of events I think that Gore stands no chance, if he wins it without FL or through judges, his will be a lame duck 'Presidency' for next 4 years.. Only one judgement from US Supreme Court with strong 'conservative leaning' will put this intention vote counting to rest.. if the US Supreme decides that intention vote counting is OK I think Bush sgould get out of the way.. he can be a graceful loser.. chance...http://news.excite.com/news/poll/results?voted=1
