Friedman principle: If a situation is unsustainable it won't last forever.

Since Amazon cannot go on losing money forever something is going to give. Glenn assumes they'll disappear, I assume they will be bought ought or raise their prices (as they already did) or close some warehouses....

IMHO last quarter accounting tricks are deceiving and fraudulent in spirit. Quite possibly even illegal (the SEC is still looking into that one so I'll reserve my judgement).

My opinion is the same as yours. I found so many anamolies (sp) in the 10Q I could not count them all.

The real relevant issue is "same store sales" are declining not increasing. That is a very real problem.
