I don't know diddly about big blue's fundamentals or financial engineering, nor do I care to. Looking strictly at the chart I see several points of note.

-It's been over a year and a half since it made a new high.
-It's below the 200 AND 50 day moving averages.
-It's poised on the bottom line of a wedge (or possibly a triangle).
-The recent 30 million share puke day probably set only a short term bottom.
- The volume has dropped off dramatically in the recent rally.

In conclusion- It appears ripe for a purge, and a break below the rising support line on increasing volume would be a confirmation of the puke happening. I would be a buyer after that 60 million share puke day.
