"Are you familiar with Linksys's products - especially their BEFSR41 4-Port Etherfast Cable/DSL Router?" And the BEFSR81. Yes, and the fact that the response on the help line is 24,7 with competence. My guess it that their systems are 500% more reliable than the software solutions like Sygate from Sybergen.
