Doug, Psyched on this end too. Too bad we never got together chez moi. The lease on the 110-acre farm where we've been living for two years is up today, and we're retreating to less imperious quarters. Hmm. Somehow, I'd always thought I'd have made enough on the market by now to buy this place. Thanks for the GE comments, which you can imagine are most heartening. It's shrugged off this recent, two-day blitz in techs, which I take to be a sign both of strength and the idea that GE really isn't perceived as just a tech stock. Ivan PS: Don't know if you've seen it, but Gene Peroni is on a very polished ad run frequently on the financial channels, which shows him on the stone steps of what looks like One Wall Street. Such a good guy, though I keep imagining seeing you instead of him on the stone steps.
