Most will be angry that the uncounted votes were almost all minority votes. Doesn't matter how you make districts. >>

Around 80% of Cuban-American Hispanics are Republicans in Florida. In New Mexico the state is very near 50-50 Republican / Democrat with the state around 70% Hispanic. Last I saw,Texas is around 40% Hispanic, with the state near 60% registered Democrat, but the difference is in Texas less people vote the straight party line than in most other states.

To be sure, GWB was elected & reelected Gov. of Texas by Democrats as well as Republicans.
