Florida law does not allow ballots without postmark -- the state in question is Florida is not DC. Federal law gives the state control over its election laws. Jessy Jackson says whatever he wants and always has. Facts are not the issue, emotion is. That is why he is so powerful. Reagan did the same. Charismatic people get things done -- don't underestimate Jessy.
