INTCfan,

What do you see on the landscape that will cause Gore to change his mind? Serious question.

In what way is Gore backing down? To the contrary, it seems he's turned UP the jets on both the PR and litigation wars over the past 24 hours. He's appearing all over the news, demanding a "full and accurate recount" while his man Boies is demanding the judge grant Gore something entirely different, a remedy not provided by law (a PARTIAL divine re-classification), before showing entitlement to ANY remedy. I'm hoping the Florida judge and the American public are catching on to Boies' and Gore's tricks. Barry Richards is looking pretty good against Boies.
