That's not what I am saying, what I am trying to say is more in the vein that this close election is as much a political event as a legal event. The race is so close that a tiebreaker is needed. Right now Gore is leading Bush around as if he had a ring in his nose. I think the lawsuit in Seminole county will be the deal maker. Either George will need to come to a power sharing arrangement or those votes will be taken from him. So far Bush has acted like he can claim a mandate from fewer votes than were probably cast for his high school prom king. It's a sign of his inexperience.
