I suspect the Supreme Court will indicate that it is a Florida affair. There may be those who want to help Bush, and there may even be a majority that do, but the majority will not risk politisising the court.

The Florida Supreme Court must be pissed that Davey misrepresented the Illinois case to them. Made them look a bit foolish. Guess they didn't have time to do their own DD and that was a mistake.

A very serious misrepresentation. Especially since the court centered on it. That gives the USSC a easy domino to know over. Kinda places the FSSC in a "strawman position.
