In principle, there is no difference. In practice, however, there is a significant distinction. Ramsey and his compadres are benevolent. Puck will zap you off his thread for no good reason.

I haven't posted on Puck's thread and I avoid posting at Ramsey's as much as I can.

Ramsey moderates content. Puck censors posters. There is a major difference. I would also like to point out that 38 of the 107 posts on the new Nokia thread are by Puck, 35% of the posts by the same guy! I believe some members were excluded from the thread before they posted anything. It's not a moderated thread, it is a private club.
