The Seminole lawsuit is not the preferred outcome of the election. It's also not Gore's lawsuit and is not run by Gore's legal team. Still, if W continues to try to delay the vote count I think it is pretty clear that he will lose the suit on the merits.

Not that you asked me, but I think he realizes that it would be a PR nightmare to come out publicly in favor of voiding thousands of absentee ballots.
