Dear Shadow: Thats what Appelate courts are for. The law CLEARLY states a third party MAY assist the filer BUT NOT SIGN the application for a absentee ballot. When my son was in College I OFTEN got him an absentee ballot application. I live in Fla. But, I could not sign the application for him, he had to do that. JDN
