Try this: Wasn't there some brief talk in the early '90's about GE having MASSIVE potential environmental pollution liability (on the scale of bankruptcy-inducing) over PCB's that were dumped for years into a number of waterways, including rivers around New York. GE and its network, NBC, snuggled up to the environmentally-conscious Clinton/Gore administration real cozy-like, and POOF!, one never hears about it any more. No cleanup, no fines, no nothing, that I'm aware of. In fact, GE is doing better than ever. GE gets off the hook, and Clinton/Gore gets its own propaganda network.

I sort of get tickled as I watch all of the tripe going on in a thousand places in 10,000 courts and knowing that come the ruling of the U.S. Supreme Court it will all be moot and the lawyers, Jessie and the rest can go home and we get on with our rally.
