Tony,
Silicon Valley industries are loaded with green card
engineers. Cisco is one of the companies, still pushing to increase the green card allocation for engineers from other countries. There are many Cisco engineers from India and more coming. A few months ago, Cisco was paying employees just bring in applications.

On the oil drillers thread I hear the same thing: companies steal crews from each other.

So, why are stocks in both sectors in decline?
