The MARGIN of the popular vote gives no indication of support of issues You are in a state of denial. The Republicans have read the returns and are now supporting Gore's position on the issues. The #1 issue on their legislative agenda is the medicare prescription drug benefit. They will move on that ahead of any other issue including tax reduction. The Bush tax plan is now dead. He never had a real plan of education so forget about that.
