I agree. I bought at 80, 65 and again at 45. If I remember correctly, a motion to dismiss is difficult to get granted because the court is restricted to looking at the face of the complaint and everything in the complaint is assumed to be true. If this is a motion for summary judgment then I have more confidence because some evidence is permitted. Worst case scenario, the press spins the story and I buy more at a lower price.
