he will certainly concede, it is just a matter of when.

He will run out of that little office of his so fast it will make your head spin to resign when he realizes he might save something. What a dip s---!

Gore is in a lose/lose situation right now and he really has no other alternatives. It's too late for him to concede with grace.

He has ruined his political future and when he does lose this election, he will have left Bush with a severely damaged economy/stock market which will present significant challenges for the Bush presidency.

Then Gore will just sit back and wait to collect if fat government pension that is not affected the least bit by the stock market collapse.

I still say the only one that can rescue this market within a relatively short period of time is Superman Greenspan. Somehow I think Greenspan is almost as bad as Gore and is grinning from ear to ear having masterminded this Naz meltdown.
