IMHO, that's certainly an aspect of AMD that has to be understood and accepted by anyone investing in the company. This vastly increases the short-term downside risk, in that if "bad" rumors surface, AMD will not issue a rebuttal.

IOW: Don't buy on margin. That goes for you too, Kash ;)
