Your brain must be built in similar way as mine. I long XIRC and short on AVID too. Usually be successful on AVID's pendulum. This time, it seems going out of my hand. Well, blessing to both you and me.

You said on 5/28/97, "If they [Avid] make $1 this year which is a total fantasy...."

Avid today reported 1997 earnings of $1.08.
