It should go without saying that it would be better to go after all polluters in a non-discriminatory manner, than to single out political enemies for prosecution while rewarding political patrons, as we've seen.

tim....environmental points to ponder...

many years ago, when we were an agrarian nation, the air was fresh and clean....water sparkled and the ozone layer was intact.....and the average life expectancy was forty years old.....damn consumption!

how ironic.....better living through chemistry...
