That's a dumb dumb answer from Gore. To be politically correct, he should have said that his chance of winning is 100%, and that is why he is fighting for it. He needs to show that he is strongly believing in the cause.

If it's 50-50, it means that he is just fighting to see if he can win.

I guess his advisor screwed up this time. And the funny thing is that no one pays attention to such hidden meaning.
