It's nice to see that someone is at least trying to hold Mr. Boies responsible...except for Fox...media has completely ignored this...if it had been one of the Republican lawyers it would have been running 24 hrs a day.

I've been wondering why the Bush lawyers didn't file CR 11 complaints against Boies. Glad to see this. Maybe there will be a smidgen of accountability sometime for clear attempted (and it appears successful) fraud on the Court. Of course, the Dem court won't care; they're happy with having had a basis for the decision they had reached before arguments were even made. But Bush's lawyers should have picked up on it themselves. Now, how gutsy is the NY Bar? As gutsy as we hope the Alamaba bar will be??
