Hi Mike:

There is broad consensus that there will be somewhere
between 3 and 5 survivors in the CLEC space. Safe bets
are MCLD, TWTC and XOXO. Next up are ALGX and WCII.

TGNT would not be on my list. Maxlink in Canada is failing.
ARTT and TGNT are very risky propositions at this stage.
The main problem for TGNT has been lack of execution.
Their advertisements were always poorly targeted (general
public) when their actual targets were small businesses
in specific buildings. Incidentally, the current XOXO
ad campaign does not make much sense to me for the
same reasons.

Mike - looking at ratio of net income to revenues in this list of Fixed Wireless providers...TGNT is in poor shape.
