Your error is more blatant. You say it is something simple. This is anything but simple. BTW, it is Tom Delay who is researching what the terms above mean, in addition to the Dems. This is new territory here and there is still no clear answer.

Perhaps you should take your simple minded solution and offer it to the House of Representatives, maybe they'll take you up on it.

Are you doing research here or posting using pure seat of the pants logic here???
