Al Gore knows that if he loses in Judge Sauls' court he can just appeal it to the Gore-donating SC. Hell, maybe Boies can even file a few more false affidavits to help that august body make a decision.
The clock is ticking, Boies knows that he's in a tough spot in Sauls' court. The Republicans have lined up phalanxes of lawyers in order to gum up the works. I'm of the opinion that by the time the FL SC gets to enter the fray that they will be handed a fait accompli.

Don't get too worked up about all this, I'm not. In fact, I'm looking forward to reading about Gov. Bush's selections for the Cabinet. So far so good. :)
