Funds have already been hit for redeemtions. We have to have a rally with all the shorts in the market. It's the market maker way.

This little run up on CSCO is giving the shorts opport. to pile on. In my opinion we do not correct to the upside until CSCO get to 35's. Unless some outside forces causes a rally.
