John. This decline has been technology-sector specific. The small cap Russel 2000 is only down 10% on the year, at the large-cap S&P 500 is down less than that. The vast majority of equity wealth is in the S&P 500.

Personally I think any "tax loss selling" this year was done in April and October. And in November it became "save my ^&%#'n shirt" selling. I doubt there will be any notable "tax loss selling" the rest of the year.
