Truth becomes reality only after substantial proof has been obtained. Our country has been built on the rule of law............PROOF is absolutely necessary. You can't just run around slinging out accusation after accusation and expect everyone to be fool enough to believe you. I think that slander is the legal word for what you describe. At some point in time the rubber has to hit the road and proof has to be revealed or your accusations are hollow.
