I didn't know there was a way to track them down. Isn't it a secret ballot?

I'll bet if you asked for the 3,000 Buchanan voters to come forward and tell whether or not it was a true vote you would get 100,000 Palm Beach residents claiming they made an error and wanted to vote for Gore. <g>
