Jerome - just a note on the CMOS earnings release: they also guided lower (the quote, "In the current uncertain industry environment, there are concerns that some of these orders could be pushed out," Siddall said. "In view of this uncertainty we estimate revenue will be sequentially down in the first quarter of fiscal 2001.")

What strikes me is how their earnings, outlook, and stock performance are in a virtual lock-step with Klic. Roughly similar to Ter as well. Seems the market paints the backend with a single broad brush.
