tech carnage cannot end, imo until several of the following occur: 1. resolution of the election 2. fed indicating lowering of interest rates or at least change of bias 3. tax loss selling ends 4. change of sentiment among investors. now techs are losing investments, other areas more attractive, something has to change to change this psychology. 5. pe's or price to sales ratios have to have some closer relationship to reality (which the market is cruelly doing) luck. larry
