I'm still convinced that the gold mining stocks will do extremely well over the next 6 months. I share your disappointment but I have not given up hope. Everything I know about economics and finance tells me a very strong rally is coming that will at least equal if not surpass the rally in the Sept/Oct 99 period. I could see some disappointment amongst longs that GDP was not revised lower than 2.4%; but todays reaction looks like an overreaction to me.
