Flash alone is probably conservatively valued at $20/share...Throw in the huge potential of the leading edge microprocessor division and you get minimum $50...Just have to see what happens on the takeover front!!!

My point was that why would Mot or anyone offer more than, say, $18 for AMD? Then, the profits neatly transfer to the shareholders of the acquiring company, leaving us AMD longs out cold.
